    Our room located in the inner area was peaceful and comfortable with a decent view. the spacious room had comfortable beds, and the facilities including the spa, sauna, and installations were amazing. the staff provided friendly service, and we enjoyed the breakfast spread.

    Some rooms lacked ventilation and had sensors that were inconvenient.

    Despite the festive season, breakfast was included, and the staff were friendly. The hotel's key location made it easy for us to explore the city. , the spa and sauna facilities were amazing - we had a relaxing time there.

    Sadly, the bedroom didn't have any ventilation, which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. Plus, the sensor in the bathroom was extremely inconvenient and kept setting off every time we moved, which was quite annoying.

    We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! the service was top-notch and the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding. We were able to take advantage of the sauna, Jacuzzi, body scrub, full body massage, and more. the spa lounge was relaxing and the beauty treatments left us feeling pampered and rejuvenated.

    We did experience one minor issue. the room we were initially given was small and noisy due to the traffic outside.

    The hotel offered a free breakfast that was satisfying and convenient for our city trip. the staff were friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the great location of the hotel, which was close to many attractions and transportation options. the hotel provided access to an excellent spa with a sauna that added to our relaxing experience.

    The room we were given had no ventilation and no window, despite being promised otherwise when we called ahead. Another problem with our room was the bathroom sensor that was very frustrating and kept going off unnecessarily.
